Nissan is starting their PR campaign for the Leaf 2. I'm getting kind of excited and if money allows, and the specs are decent enough I'll try to replace my Leaf.

I'm just shy of 60,000km on my Leaf. In the lower mainland there are times where the 100km of range just isn't sufficient for all my possible uses. A 60kWh battery with an effective 300km of range would fill all my needs for the lower mainland, almost completely eliminating the need to use TopSecrets truck on long errand days.

I feel like 100km is woefully small for anything outside of people living in LA, New York, etc where you never have to leave your little area. Maybe Vancouver would be okay, but I can click 100km easily in a day, and I don't live anywheres near as far out as you
