Indian's what's for dinner!

    Curry tofu with mint!
    3 types of curry, red onion, coconut milk, tofu, and the final, and most important ingredient, mint.
    You'd be surprised how well mint goes with curry. You can make it a bit hotter, and the mint cuts the spice and adds a nice flavour without overpowering the curry.
    Served over rice, with pakoras on the side

    Its harder to find, we go to a british import store, but it's worth the effort.

    We maketh our own butter chicken! And curry for that matter.

    Curry is fairly simple. Coconut milk, canned tomatoes (2:1 milk to tomatoes), cumin and curry. Or just coconut milk and cumin and curry. Or heavy cream and cumin and curry.

    Ive actually wanted to try making my own curry.
    ive seen a few recipes that look good. Just never had enough reason.

    May do up a batch this summer if i have a weekend off

    I have a recipe on here somewhere for coconut curry. Very good. Can be made with or without chicken or other meat.

    Made some butter chicken last night! Hmmmm butter chicken.

    Marinated chicken before and after frying

    Add sugar, cream, some more spices and chicken et voila Butter chicken!
